Baking powder1 teaspoon
Cocoa powder (low fat, unsweetened)1 tablespoon
Eggs1 whole egg
Oat Bran (ground into flour)6 tablespoons
Sweetener 2 tablespoons
Vanilla yogurt (low fat) 6 tablespoons–for pareve, use soy “yogurt”
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a bowl, mix well
- Put into a 6” round tin lined with baking paper
- Bake at 180C for 15-18mins
- Remove while still soft in the centre
- Cool for at least 10 mins before cutting into 6 wedges
